At Cowboy Crafts, each item may be in stock or is
specially hand crafted upon order.
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS You will receive an
email confirming receipt of your order with the tracking
number and expected date of delivery.
We apologize but at this time we are only taking
orders from the U.S., Canada, & Mexico.
Shipping Rates within the Continental United States are as
shown below.
Orders placed after December 15th
cannot be guaranteed delivery by Christmas Day.

will not be shipped for 10 business days after check payment

If you wish to save on shipping and would rather pick up your item/items
you may do so by choosing the pick-up method under the shipping
options upon checkout. Please call the number listed above
to arrange for the pick-up of your merchandise.
Arrangements for the picking up of items must be
made with-in 5-10 business days from placing the order or the
order may be subject to cancellation.
Shipping rates only apply to items shipped within the
continental U.S. Ground shipping includes UPS, or USPS priority

Shipping time for most items is 5 to 10
business days. Some items such as lamps, may take up to 2 weeks
for shipping time. If you order more than
one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time we are not taking any orders outside the Continental U.S., Canada, or Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
SALES TAXES
A
sales tax currently at a rate of 5.5% will be added to all
shipments delivered to Oklahoma residents.
REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Damaged item - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to
the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after
merchandise has been received.
Not satisfied - If you are not satisfied with the merchandise
you purchased from our site, we will refund your money excluding
the actual shipping & insurance fees incurred
while shipping your package. The shipping and insurance fees
incurred when returning your merchandise will not be reimbursed
by Searles Cowboy Crafts unless the item(s) you are returning
are damaged. If your package was originally shipped for free the
actual shipping cost will still be subtracted from your refund.
Insurance must be purchased to cover the full price of the
merchandise that is being returned. A return authorization code
must be obtained from us before the merchandise can be returned.
This number must be written on the outside of the package in
order for us to accept your return. If there is no return
authorization number written on the package then the delivery of
your returned package will be refused and shipped back to you.
The merchandise must be adequately packed before returning
merchandise. Please email us before returning merchandise to
obtain the correct return address for your package. If the
returned package is shipped to the wrong address
an extra shipping charge may be subtracted from the
customers refund (please email us before returning merchandise).
Refunds may be issued by check or credit card reimbursement.
Returns must be made within 7 days after merchandise is received
or the delivery of the package will be refused and returned back
to the customer. . Custom orders, special orders, clearance
products, close-out products, discontinued items and bulk orders
are nonrefundable.
CANCELED ORDERS
A
3% fee may be charged for any canceled order. The purpose of
this fee is to recover bank charge fees related to the
transaction. This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise
or merchandise a customer receives in damaged condition.
CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
The shipping time for custom or personalized orders is 3 weeks.
We can not accept returns or issue refunds for customized
merchandise. We will replace the merchandise if it is damaged at
no cost to the buyer.
